This page explains how to request deletion of personal data associated with your use of 123vox at https://localhost:3000/.

1. How to request deletion

Send an email to support@123vox.app from the email address linked to your account. Use the subject line "Data deletion request" and include:

- The email address you use with 123vox
- A short description of what you want deleted (for example: full account and profile data)

If you no longer have access to that email, contact us from another address and include information we can use to verify your identity (for example, approximate signup date or billing details we already hold).

2. What we delete

When we honor a verified request, we delete or anonymize personal data we hold about you in line with our retention obligations and the nature of your request. Some information may need to be kept for a limited period where the law requires it (for example, tax or fraud-prevention records).

3. Timing

We aim to respond within 30 days. Complex requests may take longer; we will let you know if that applies.
